Testing is conducted at Thomson Prometric, which is located at
5255 East Williams Circle, Suite 4100 (4th floor), Tucson,
Arizona 85711, at the Williams Center.

TESTING
IS BY RESERVATION AND ADVANCE PAYMENT ONLY! Call
Thomson Prometric's reservation center at 1-800-899-4091, no later
than 3 days prior to the date you want to test. Have your
credit card number ready when you call for a reservation as well
as your social security number. The fee for the sales exam or any part
thereof is $125.00. Personal checks and cash are not
accepted and you will not be permitted to pay at the door.
If you pay by check, then you must mail a cashier's check,
company check, or money order to Thomson Prometric and your social
security number must be written on the check. You will not be
able to call for your reservation date until after Thomson
Prometric has
received your check. When paying by check, mail it

Exam times are Monday through Saturday starting at 8:30 A.M.
daily. Reservations for these days are taken
based upon availability. They will give you a reservation
confirmation number, which you MUST have with you to be
admitted to the test center.

Bring
your stamped school certification with you to the exam.
They will return it to you. KEEP IT! The Real
Estate Department will want it when you apply for your license.

Exam
fees are not refundable and are good for 90 days only.

Bring
a picture identification, plus one other form of identification.

DO
NOT bring a calculator or scratch paper to the test.
Both will be provided to you.

You
will be told your test results minutes after completing the
exam.

You
have one year from the exam date to activate your license.

After
receiving your exam results, you may activate your license by
mail, or in person at the Department of Real Estate, 400
West Congress, Suite 523 (628-6940). You will need your
education certification, pass results from Thomson Prometric,
fingerprints, and hire slip signed by your broker. You can get
an inactive license without a hire slip and broker's signature.

NOTE:
You are required to attend the 6-hour course INTRO CONTRACT
WRITING before activating your license. This will count
toward the required 24-hours needed for license renewal.
